Fusion Yoga India’s 100 hour Aerial and Yoga TTC is an inspiring program that will take you on an amazing journey of self-discovery. In the course of 12 days, you shall be provided with a clear understanding of the beautiful, fun & the healing power of Aerial and Yin Yoga, so that you can deepen your own practice while empowering others with this knowledge too. The course is designed to help you practice both these styles skilfully, with compassion and awareness.

Aerial Yoga

Discover a whole new dimension to your yoga practice by taking it to flight!

Aerial Yoga changes our bond with gravity and builds a whole new way of experiencing our body. More and more people are being drawn to Aerial Yoga because of its many benefits and just how wonderful it makes them feel. What’s more! It is fun! Asanas like handstand, headstand, arm balancing postures, and enhanced back-bends – all of which seemed undoable and scary before becomes easy and attainable on a hammock. Experiencing gravity in a new way can be both exhilarating as well as challenging. Therefore, a lot of attention is given to the merging of proper form, support, stabilization, and safety throughout the duration of each exercise.

Aerial Yoga helps in reducing lower back pain, improves spinal and shoulder flexibilty, releases pressure on bones and muscles, develops core strength, enhances coordination, and slows down the aging process…all while having a great time!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a delightful practice that takes us on a voyage into our inner world. It helps us to delve inwards, concentrate and listen. Through the practice of yin, our perspective towards the world changes and we start to see it through stillness and softening and it is only then that we truly begin to understand the world around us as well. Yin practice on the mat teaches us how to practice stillness off the mat. We begin to realize that there is a pause between action and reaction.

Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones, including the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system, an odyssey into the meditative aspects of yoga. Many people see Yin Yoga as a complement to a vinyasa practice, the yin to the yang, but it is also an entire practice in itself. This training will equip you, as a teacher and as a practitioner, to add elements of Yin to the cool down of your class or to teach complete sessions of Yin Yoga.

100 Hrs Program Curriculum

Our Aerial and Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a union of East meets West, guided by a powerful and highly experienced team. It brings you a balance between a holistic, grounding practice and a strong and dynamic flow style in the air. You will have the tools to create amazing and creatively sequenced classes in addition to a strong base for growing your personal practice in the future. Connect with your inner self on this path to find out your personal style and learn how you would best be able to share with everyone. Most of all, this training will give you the opportunity of self-discovery through the ancient science of Yoga.

The main areas that we cover in our program will be classified in 5 modules: Yoga Techniques, Teaching Methodology, Yogic Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics, Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, and Practicum.
